I understand that the event organized by Cubs Sports Fest Toddlers Edition and
Jungle Cubs Gym involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to
physical exertion and outdoor/indoor event hazards.
I acknowledge and agree that Jungle Cubs Gym, Cubs Sports Fest Toddlers Edition,
their founders, staff,
organizers, and
affiliates shall not be held liable or responsible for any personal injuries, illnesses, accidents,
property damage, or loss of personal belongings sustained during the course of the event.
I certify that my child and any attending family members are physically fit and capable of
participating in this event. We agree to strictly adhere to all safety guidelines,
rules, and instructions provided by the guides and event staff at all times.
By accepting these terms, I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and fully
release Jungle Cubs Gym and Cubs Sports Fest Toddlers Edition from any legal or
financial liability.
I understand and agree that a ₹499 non-attendance fee will be charged for parents who
register but do not attend the event. If you are unable to participate due to unforeseen
circumstances, please notify us at least 48 hours prior to the event to avoid this
charge.
